WORKING CONDITIONS
Working HoursDlogic EU follows the standard working hours as per allowed by the local and international laws and strictly asks its employees to follow that as well. Employees are allowed to take two rest days off from work during a week and the working hours per day is 7 hours.
Wages & BenefitsDlogic EU is following local as well as international laws when it comes to wages and benefits to employees and makes sure that the minimum base wage should not be less than the applicable minimum base wage law. Dlogic EU doesn’t deduct wages or impose fines on its employees as a disciplinary action.

Policy about Employee Resignation
Dlogic Europe GmbH has enforced a very simple policy if any employee wants to resign so the employee has to fulfill very simple criteria that is discussed below.
ResignationEmployees are free to resign voluntarily after informing HR or their ultimate manager that they don’t want to work for Dlogic Europe GmbH anymore or if any employee doesn’t come to work for consecutive 3 days without any notice then he/she will be considered resigned.
Employees are not bound to give us advance notice before resigning ,But, for the sake of running the workplace smoothly, we ask to give at least two weeks notice, if possible and if the employee holds a highly specialized or executive position, then we require a month’s notice.
Dlogic Europe GmbH also accepts verbal resignations, but prefers to have written and signed notice of resignation for the HR record keeping purpose. Our HR will respond to the given resignation within Two Working days.
Forced ResignationDlogic Europe GmbH doesn’t encourage forced resignation instead employees can resign anytime at their own free will.
Forcing someone into resigning (directly or indirectly) is constructive dismissal and we won’t tolerate it. Specifically, we prohibit employees from:
Our organization is strictly following the Jugendarbeitsschutzgesetz (Youth Labor Protection Laws) that apply to teenagers between 15-18, and children younger than 14 are not allowed to work and are required to attend school five days per week. Dlogic EU also consider and follows the international laws Such as International Labour Organization (ILO) & U.N Convention on the Rights of the Child
