Policy brief & purpose
Our Ethics policy enables the employees to understand the guidelines on our business ethics and the stance on various controversial matters. DLOGIC Europe GmbH trusts its employees to use better judgement but also wants to provide some guidelines if employees are unsure about how they should act in a particular situation. Scope This policy applies to everyone we employ or have business relations with. This includes individual people such as employees, interns, volunteers, but also business entities, such as vendors, enterprise customers or venture capital companies.

Respect for others
DLOGIC Europe GmbH has made it mandatory for everyone to be kind, polite & understanding while interacting with each other. Any kind of violence is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination. You’re also not allowed to harass or victimize others.
Integrity and honesty
DLOGIC Europe GmbH encourages employees to work with integrity & honesty to achieve the organization’s mission and employees behaviour should contribute to achieve the financial & organizational goals. We emphasize on employees to be Honest & transparent while interacting with others, we don’t tolerate lies, cheating or deceitful acts and immediate termination is the outcome of these acts if found guilty. Stealing from the company whether money, data or any other asset of the company is an unforgivable act and legal action will be taken in case.
Conflict of interest
DLOGIC Europe GmbH discourages all those actions, activities & relationships of its employees that may lead to undermine the company. For example, we don’t allow our employees to use their position’s authority for personal as well as company gain by exploiting company’s resources. If found that employees have created a conflict of interest for themselves, they will be terminated immediately
Justice DLOGIC Europe GmbH believes in justice so it doesn’t allow its employees to act in a way that exploits others, their hard work or their mistakes. And allows everyone equally to speak up. DLOGIC Europe GmbH instructs its employees to be objective while making decisions that can impact others, this also includes hiring, promoting or firing someone. And DLOGIC Europe GmbH can question its employees to justify a particular decision with written records or examples. Like in the case of hiring, an HR manager must seek the most objective methods of interview and shouldn’t judge the candidate based on non job related criteria. DLOGIC Europe GmbH asks its employees to be just toward customers or vendors too, if employee thinks that DLOGIC Europe GmbH was moving in wrong direction in a specific stance, Employees don’t need to cover up or accuse the other side, Employees should discuss the matter with their ultimate managers to reach optimum solutions that can benefit both parties.
Lawfulness
DLOGIC Europe GmbH makes it compulsory for all employees to follow all the laws which apply to our organization.
Employees should take great care of DLOGIC Europe GmbH’s confidentiality and Data protection policy and doesn’t expose, disclose or endanger information of customers, employees, stakeholders or our business partners. All the employees have to follow the laws regarding fraud, bribery, corruption. Employees of DLOGIC Europe GmbH are obliged to follow laws on Child Labors and they must avoid doing business with unlawful organizations. If employees are not sure about any law then they shouldn’t hesitate to ask HR or DLogic Europe GmbH’s legal department.
