Anti-corruptionDLogic shall not pay money or give anything else of value to any person, directly or through third parties, to gain advantages Partner does not deserve, e.g., Paying a Customs official to ignore mistakes in our import documents.
DLogic may only give gifts of a very small monetary value to Partners employees, in accordance with
local customs, and in no case valued more than USD fifty (50).
DLogic may never engage in business or transactions with Partners with an undisclosed conflict of interest. If DLogic has a personal relationship (relatives, partner and friends) that might create such a conflict of interest involving Partners employees, DLogic must immediately notify its contact at their Partners, and refrain from business dealings with Partners has reviewed and approved or resolved such potential conflict of interest.
Foreign trade controlsDLogic shall comply with applicable trade and economic sanctions and comply with the restrictions of Sanctioned Countries and Restricted Products.

DLogic shall obtain the required licences for the export of any of its products subject to export controls, e.g., regulations requiring export licences for dual-use items.
DLogic must notify partners of all details about the classification of dual-use items it supplies.
DLogic shall follow international standards governing the use of conflict minerals in its products (gold,
tantalum, tin and tungsten sourced from areas of armed conflicts).
Data privacyDLogic shall comply with applicable laws in using and storing Partners employees’ personal data, and treat such data securely and confidentially, sharing it only on a need-to-know basis.
Climate and environmentDLogic shall:
• Take practical steps to limit its impact on the climate and environment;
• Minimize pollution and other negative environmental impacts by, e.g. reducing and controlling discharges
into water, soil and air, including air particles, ozone-depleting substances, gases, noise, vibrations, odours and light;
• Use and reuse water as efficiently as feasible, especially in water-scare areas, and;
• Reduce the use of hazardous chemicals and take practical steps to replace them, and wherever feasible, Substances of Very High Concern (SVHCs) with more sustainable alternatives.
Health and safetyDLogic shall ensure a safe and healthy work environment for employees, for example:
• Take practical actions to proactively identify hazards and risks to health and safety;
• Take adequate steps, and provide its employees with all safety materials, including clothing and equipment, to prevent accidents and injuries,
• Investigate hazardous safety incidents and take practical actions to mitigate the root causes of such incidents and to prevent similar future incidents;
• Provide simple, clear, easily accessible instructions for protecting employee health and safety, and
equipment to adequately protect the health and safety of employees.;
Labour rights, discrimination, harassmentDLogic shall ensure that compensation, working hours, and rest time for work performed by employees of
DLogic’s are in compliance with applicable labour laws, regulations and international labour standards and shall:
• Prohibit any form of forced labour and the employment of anyone under age 15, and ensure that other
employees below age 18 work only in accordance with applicable global standards;
• Always treat employees and their concerns with professionalism, respect and fairness;
• Within the scope of applicable local laws, prevent discriminatory behaviour towards employees and job
candidates based on non-objective criteria that are not merit-based, including race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), caste, gender, sexual identity or orientation, age, disability, or trade union membership;
• Ensure equal opportunities in terms of recruitment, compensation, access to training, promotion, termination and retirement;
• Prohibit sexual or other forms of harassment against individuals, including the use of threatening language and bullying;
• Ensure its employees may freely engage in collective bargaining and/or join trade unions, and may freely reject collective bargaining and/or union membership;
• Not be involved in any way with human trafficking, e.g., forcing people to move from one place to another for work or moving/transporting people for any illegal purpose.
Reporting concerns:DLogic has implemented a system enabling employees to report concerns to DLogic about their rights and other issues covered by this Code;

– DLogic shall not retaliate against employees for raising genuine concerns;
